With all the negative articles and depressing news about home values nationwide, I want to know how people feel about real estate right now. What would keep you from buying a home in the next few months or how will this information affect your selling your home?


I personally feel like it's a great time to buy. For sellers, if you're priced well and your house shows well, it will get SOLD! I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject. . . thanks, nova
